Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination.

48 hours (2 business days) in mainland France and Monaco. 3 to 8 business days internationally, excluding customs clearance.

For deliveries outside the European Union (United States, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Canada, etc.), customs duties and import taxes are not included. They are paid by the recipient and collected by the carrier on delivery.

You have 14 days from receiving your order. Email us at sav@walkinparis.fr with your order number and the item concerned, and we'll send you the return address. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with their tags and in their original packaging. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Return shipping is at the customer's expense, unless the item is defective, not as described, or we made a mistake.

Once your return has been received and checked, we'll confirm by email. The refund is made to your original payment method within 7 to 14 business days.
