Return/Exchange Policies
At Walk in Paris, we hope you will be fully satisfied with your purchases. However, if an item is not suitable for you, you have 14 days from the receipt of your order to request a return or exchange.
Return conditions
- Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with their tags and in their original packaging.
- Returns outside the time limit cannot be accepted.
Return or exchange procedure

Contact our after-sales service at sav@walkinparis.fr indicating your order number and the item concerned.

We will provide you with the return address and the instructions to follow.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in the case of a defective or non-compliant product, or an error on our part, in which case they are covered by Walk in Paris.
Refunds
- Once the item has been received and inspected, we will inform you by email whether your return has been accepted or rejected.
- If accepted, the refund will be automatically issued to the payment method used for the order, within 7 to 14 business days.
Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange an item (size, color, model, etc.), please write to us at sav@walkinparis.fr.
- Subject to stock availability, we will proceed with the exchange or, failing that, a refund.
