Return/Exchange Policies
At Walk in Paris , we hope you'll be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if an item doesn't suit you, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return or exchange.
Return conditions
- Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with their tags and in their original packaging.
- Returns after the deadline will not be accepted.
Return or exchange procedure

Contact our after-sales service at sav@walkinparis.fr , stating your order number and the item concerned.

We will provide you with the return address and instructions.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
- Once the item has been received and checked, we will inform you by email whether your return has been accepted or rejected.
- If accepted, the refund will be made automatically to the payment method used when ordering, within 7 to 14 working days.
Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange an item (size, color, model, etc.), please write to us at sav@walkinparis.fr.
- Subject to stock availability, we will exchange or, failing that, issue a refund.
