- Hand wash only, never machine wash
- Use cold or lukewarm water (max 30°C) with a special wool detergent
- Handle the cap gently without rubbing or twisting
- Rinse gently, then squeeze between two towels to remove excess water
- Dry flat, in the open air, away from heat and sunlight
- Clean small stains locally
